Do I need to be a Medical/Medicare patient to use your service?

No.
Our services are available to persons in need of non-emergency transportation to medical or personal appointments, leisure or social engagements. Our clients are people who are elderly or with disabilities and conditions that make it difficult to use regular means of transportation or ride long distances. Priority Ventures services are affordably geared to your needs in a safe, courteous, reliable, and efficient way.

Can I take a family member or care giver along with me during transportation?

Yes.
We allow one rider to accompany our clients on their trips at no extra charge or costs.

Can a family member or caregiver check the status of a patient in transit?

Yes
Our drivers are equipped with 2-way radios and cell phones with the dispatcher. This enables us and you to communicate the status of a patient or trip between the office, driver and family as needed.

How do I schedule my trip or pick up?

We encourage clients to call us a minimum 12-24 hours to schedule their trips and receive confirmation. We do accept trips anytime based on availability on a first call first serve basis.

What are your hours of operation?

Our offices are open from 6am to 630pm. However, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to schedule your trips.

What is the cost of service?

Our services are competitively priced and affordable. Cost is based on round trip/one way trip services, distance traveled, and driver wait time. Our prices are negotiable depending on frequency and trip distance. Please call or email us for a trip quote.

Are your services covered by private insurance or Medicare/Medi-Cal?

Non-emergency medical transportation is not covered by Medicare/MediCal or private insurance unless an authorization is provided by a physician. We will provide a detailed invoice for you to process a claim with your insurance/provider.
